  • Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.)/ Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) Degree in Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology with valid GATE scores or M.E/M Tech in first division both at Graduate and Post Graduate levels Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)/Electronics and Telecommunication Engineer (ETC)/Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering (E&l)/Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering (AE&I).

  • Age limit: Not more than 28 years (Age relaxation of 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC Candidates as on 01 January 2020.

Fellowship: Rs. 31,000/- per month plus HRA and Medical Facilities as per rules.
